Submission Process
Forms and Entry Fees
FREE for students and members of iDMAa. Entry fees for all others are $20
per person or group. If you attend the conference, the $20 fee will be refunded
through a deduction from the conference fee. Please make check or money order
out to iDMAa and send to Dena Eber (address below). Your application will not
be complete until we receive your payment.

Special Note
Although we encourage complex and innovative constructs, participants are
responsible for providing all necessary equipment and labor. Works displayed
in the traditional gallery will be insured. Works displayed elsewhere are not.
We are not responsible for damage to work during shipping and we recommend
purchasing shipping insurance.
New for this year
We will have a smaller dedicated traditional gallery. In addition to this,
exhibitors have the opportunity to propose site-specific works or performances.
