Each community is a multidisciplinary group of 8 to 12 faculty, professional staff, and/or teaching assistants engaging in a yearlong program with a curriculum about enhancing teaching and learning. Seminars and activities provide learning, development, and community. Participants develop individual teaching projects and may construct a course mini-portfolio to provide evidence of student learning. Financial support varies by community and includes travel. Eligibility criteria are specified for each community. More information follows.
