Career Development Services at Miami University

Generally, the Career Exploration and Testing Center assists students who have not yet determined career goals while the Office of Career Services helps students implement career goals once they have been formulated.

- Career Counseling
- Students may meet with a professional counselor to receive individual guidance on how to identify appropriate careers and majors.
- eDiscover and eChoices

Students learn about themselves through assessments, explore options, and identify possible careers and majors. This course is typically offered to first- and second-year students.
- Career Testing
- Several widely recognized assessment instruments are available and the results are interpreted by a professional counselor.
