1098T Available Online
Miami University of Ohio, in conjunction with ECSI, is offering you the opportunity to receive your 1098T Tuition Statement Tax Form electronically. If you would like to receive your 1098T form electronically, please give your consent by following the link provided below and following the step by step instructions.

If you choose to receive a paper copy of your 1098T form, simply do nothing.
The benefits to receiving electronic notification are:
- Online delivery provides access to the form 1098T earlier than the traditional mailing process.
- Online delivery eliminates the chance that the 1098T will get lost, misdirected or delayed during delivery, or misplaced once the student receives it.
- Signing up for online delivery is easy and secure.
- Students can receive their 1098T form even while traveling or on assignment away from their home address.
To give consent to receive your 1098T form electronically, click on the link below and follow the simple instructions to sign up!

Step 2: Signup for Electronic Tax Documents by entering your Student ID#, Name, and Email Address (with the option to include an alternate email address). ECSI's website is a secure website and ECSI will not share your private information with anyone. This email is strictly sent to gather your consent for receiving an electronic 1098T Form.
Step 3: Read information, check box and click submit.

Visa is now on the list of accepted credit cards for payment at Miami University.
The Bursar Office is now Cashless
Effective March 1, 2013 – the Bursar’s Office Payment Center closed for walk-in business.
All student payments should be put in the drop box. We only accept personal checks, cashier checks or money orders in the drop box. In order for the money to be applied to the correct student account please write the student id number on the check.
Non-Academic Departments Only
Departmental Deposits (WITH cash)
Please place the deposit in an envelope and deposit it in the Payment Center drop box. Make sure your email address is written on the deposit form. We will email you a receipt once your deposit is processed.
Departmental Deposits (WITH cash)
Please come to CAB Room 103 (Student Accounts). Ring the bell and wait for a representative to assist you.
Academic Departments/Student Organizations Only
If you are making a deposit for an Academic Department or a Student Organization, your deposit must be made at PNC Bank in the Shriver Center. Please contact Treasury Services at 529-6417 or treasuryservices@MiamiOH.edu to arrange for delivery of your customized deposit tickets, and/or to ask questions about the new procedures.
Travel Advances are now managed by Accounts Payable. Please contact 529-9200 or email accountspayable@MiamiOH.edu.

Beginning Second semester 2012-13, Outside Scholarships must be received prior to the billing date or student will be responsible for paying off their bill by the due date. TMS plans are available to assist students that may need to cover the funds until their scholarships are received by Miami and applied toward their Bursar bill. Scholarships received after the billing due date will be credited to the student's Bursar account and amounts that exceed current bill charges will be refunded back to the student.
