Going Cashless
Effective March 1, 2013 – the Bursar’s Office Payment Center is now closed for walk-in business.
Student Payment Information
We no longer accept cash for student payments. Student payments can be made online via credit card or echeck at MiamiOH.edu/myMiami. In addition, student payments in the form of paper checks, cashier’s checks, and money orders are accepted. Please deposit these payments in the Payment Center drop box located beside the former entrance to the Payment Center in CAB. Please be sure your name and Banner ID # (or UniqueID) is written on the front of the check or money order, and place it in an envelope (provided) before depositing it in the drop box.
Departmental Deposits/Student Organization Deposits (NON-cash)
Please place the deposit in an envelope and deposit it in the Payment Center drop box. Make sure your email address is written on the deposit form. We will email you a receipt once your deposit is processed.
Departmental Deposits/Student Organization Deposits (WITH cash)
Please come to CAB Room 103 (Student Accounts). Ring the bell and wait for a representative to assist you.
Travel Advances
Please come to the gate at the Payment Center for assistance.
Outside Scholarships
Beginning Second semester 2012-13, Outside Scholarships must be received prior to the billing date or student will be responsible for paying off their bill by the due date. TMS plans are available to assist students that may meed to cover the funds until their scholarships are received by Miami and applied toward their Bursar bill. Scholarships received after the billing due date will be credited to the student's Bursar account and amounts that exceed current bill charges will be refunded back to the student.
