NEH Humanities Focus Grant ’02-‘03

In August 2002, the American Studies Program at Miami University was one of twenty-five institutions nation wide to be awarded an NEH Humanities Focus Grant. The grant funded a year-long reassessment of the American Studies curriculum. The result is a new AMS curriculum that is currently being put into place, which focuses on public culture.
