The
objective of this group leadership project, or GLP, is to build teamwork
and comradeship within the cadet wing.
Teamwork and comradeship will be instilled in the cadets of the
wing through rigorous physical activity and challenging mental exercises.
Early on in the course, cadets will realize that it is vital for
the survival of the team that they must cooperate and utilize each
other’s strengths to negotiate the course; without the combined efforts
of each individual on the team, the team as a whole will fail to complete
the course.
Furthermore, it is the objective of this GLP to get the cadets to
push themselves to places that they have never been before.
