Academic Personnel Services supports personnel actions of faculty, academic department salaried staff, and graduate assistants. The office staff assists academic departments and divisions, the regional campuses and Academic Affairs support units in all areas of personnel matters.

The NEW Retirement with Rehiring policies and procedures are now available. Select the "Faculty & Unclassified Staff" link from the navigation menu on left side, then click on the Full-Time Faculty tab to find "Retirement with Rehire Program".
Frequently Asked Questions for Faculty Considering Retirement Answers to over 60 questions faculty ask about retiring have been compiled into this document. Payroll Services and Employee Benefits & Wellness can also provide answers to particular questions.
In a continuing effort to support annual evaluations of Unclassified staff, an alternative evaluation instrument to the Performance Assessment and Development form is now available. It is a shortened form modeled from the FSB version. If using the shortened version, also complete the The Goals & Development Plan document and review the Behavior Description document that relates to the nine core competencies to assist in using the rating scale. Additional information, as well as both evaluation forms, can be found by selecting the Forms link from the navigation menu on left side, then click on the Administrative Forms tab.
EPAFs for Summer 2013 instructional and administrative & non-teaching assignments can be originated beginning March 22, 2013.
Quick Tips for Summer EPAFs have been updated and are available at the Administrators' Corner under the "Resource" tab.

Academic Personnel would like to welcome our two newest employees, Katrina Cohill and Mike Savnik. Katrina joined our staff in November as a Project Manager to lead the implementation of the People Admin system for Academic Affairs. Mike Savnik joined our staff in December and will be responsible for the Graduate Assistant payroll and budget tracking. Be sure to stop in and welcome them!
