Dr. Ward examines health behavior change in college students (e.g., alcohol, smoking, exercise, eating disorders).  Currently, she is examining alcohol use and sexual assault in college women over time.  Specifically, she is interested in change as defined by the Transtheoretical Model.  Some of her recent work has involved Alpha Females and Alpha Males.
