Scholarly Interests:
My current interests focus on the intersection among eudaimonic well-being (e.g., self-expression, one's inner imperative), healthy living, and optimal human functioning. I’m very interested in the “why" and "how” of implementing activities and facilitating experiences to enhance sustainable well-being across the lifespan in various life contexts, such as worksites and schools. Go to http://www.thewellbeingway.com for more information on my approach to well-being enhancement. In addition, I'm also interested via interviews in exploring people's lived experience (what it feels like) of thriving and flourishing and the connection to health behaviors.
