2004-05 Information and Registration Bulletin

The Praxis Series now offers 7 test administrations!

NOTE: The online registration and payment must be completed by the registration deadline or a $40 late fee will be charged.

Registration Options for the August, 2005 Administration:

  • TELEPHONE REREGISTRATION – If you have previously registered for any Praxis test, you may reregister by telephone. Call 1-800-772-9476 Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 7:45 pm. A $30 fee in addition to registration, surcharge, and test fees will be charged to your credit card.

  • MAIL-IN REGISTRATION – This option is only available for Sabbath/Monday testing and/or for candidates who request nonstandard testing accommodations. To register complete the registration form found in The Praxis Series 2004-05 Registration Bulletin. Do not complete item 8 on the registration form. Write the administration date, August 2005, on the outside of the return mailing envelope. You must also send appropriate documentation (if required) with your registration form.
