Over the years, the mission of the Foundation has evolved to include support of non-traditional students preparing for careers in early or middle childhood education. The Board of Governors of the THA Foundation recognizes the shortage of qualified teachers, particularly in the areas of early and middle childhood education. In its desire to aid in reducing this crisis, the Foundation is committed to providing scholarship assistance to fund partial or full financial support for tuition, fees and books. THA Foundation annually awards scholarships to some 20-25 students.
