Karen Montgomery teaches in the Early and Middle Childhood programs after a 31-year career in Richmond Community Schools (Indiana). She served as a library media specialist, elementary principal, and directed services in these areas: Title 1, Curriculum and Instruction, Community Engagement and Grant Writing. She participates in the Faculty Learning Community for Diversity Initiatives in the College of Education and Allied Arts. Dr. Mongtomery leads the EAP Alternative Spring Break Study, abroad program that takes place in El Salvador.
